Maria Sturm won 1st prize with the piece “INFERNO” in the Composition Competition for the 2023 ITEC, in the modality of Intermediate solo for Euphonium with Piano accompaniment, on the occasion of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the International Tuba and Euphonium Association ITEA.
